Manage Up Coaching

Your Superpower

Guess what? You have the right to enjoy where you work and who you work with, and you know what's else?

You're the boss of making that happen—no one else can do it for you, not me, your boss, or anyone!

It's like having this awesome power in your hands.

You get to decide how you feel about your job, your career, and even your boss.

Sometimes, we forget we have this kind of power—I know that I have many time.

But get this: having a positive attitude is like having a superpower, and people have been talking about it for ages, from ancient philosophers to Viktor Frankl.

Here's the trick, though—you've got to really want to make a change.

You've got to decide and commit to enjoying your work and getting along with your boss.

When you want it, exciting things start to happen.

You can face challenges with curiosity and even get pumped about it.

Ask yourself, 'What can I do to make this relationship awesome?'

And if you're not there yet, that's totally okay.

Maybe you're feeling fear, nervous, or even angry—those feelings are normal.

They're like your emotional messengers, trying to protect what's yours (like your job and salary), looking out for risks, and standing up for your rights.

Take a good look at those feelings first.

Promise yourself to either fix the issues or let them go if they're not helping you anymore.

Then, get ready, put on your curiosity hat, and let's conquer the challenge of managing up together.

Because when you rock at managing up, you're actually *leading* up, and that's how you inspire even more leaders around you.

Let me know how it goes!
